Firmly established as one of Los Angeles’s premiere wine and culinary traditions, Wally’s is now organizing its 20th Annual edition of the Grande Marque Champagne Tasting. Santa Monica’s Le Merigot Hotel will again provide the stage where over 50 Grande Marque Champagnes will be poured, including Dom Perignon, Krug and Cristal, along with the signature dishes from nearly 20 leading restaurants. Celestino Drago will again prepare and serve his famous Italian delicacies to complement the Champagnes, and Napa City’s highly-regarded Angéle Restaurant has agreed to travel down and join us for our special Twentieth Anniversary celebration! An additional array of leading Southern California restaurants will also be presenting their signature dishes, including Café del Rey’s sensational non-stop Oyster Bar. Petrossian Caviar, Cheeseworks, luscious desserts, and live music by the David Arana Quartet are also set to return.
