Founded by Lynn Flanagan in 1981, In Motion, Inc., is a full service, turnkey event marketing and management firm based in the seaside community of Carlsbad just north of San Diego. We are a family owned and operated business and that's some of us in the photo. Our company, while small, produces a number of large road races and we are recognized nationally for our creativity and attention to detail as well as our passion for our work. Our highly knowledgeable and very creative team is made up of qualified and experienced professionals of both family and "might as well be family" members. We love what we do and take pride in the positive impact our events and training programs have on the participants, the sponsors, and the community.
In addition to running and walking events we also produce marathon and half marathon training programs, convention runs and manage two, award-winning children's events. We specialize in creating niche marketing programs designed around a client's specific marketing goals. We provide a wide range of services including operational support, graphic design, data management, consulting, and much more. From small private corporate affairs to some of the largest events in Southern California, In Motion is the events company of choice.
