|Since 1979, our mission statement has been: To perform quality restoration using the best techniques and materials available, and to return part of the profit to the youth programs of the community.
For 25 years, we have worked with any youth interested in a career in the automotive field, from 8th grade Career Fairs to job shadowing and high school tours of our Barron County Automotive Specialty Facility and Rusk County Collision Repair Center. We support the Wisconsin Technical College automotive programs, with positions on both the Advisory Council and the WITC Foundation Committee. In addition to the community service and environmental scholarships we make available to area high school graduates, we also contribute 5 vocational scholarships every year.
100% of the staff of Classic Auto Collision Center (our Bruce, WI location) are WITC graduates, and most were scholarship recipients from various schools in Rusk County. 50% of the staff at L'Cars are WITC or Wyoming Technical Institute graduates, and 75% take advantage of continuing education classes at WITC in Rice Lake, WI, paid for by the company.
We currently sponsor many fund raising events for the Blue Hills District of the Boy Scouts of America, and Bob Lorkowski, our President, is finance chairman for the 4 county 3500 square mile district.
