Primarily the company provides expertise in the intricate process of analyzing the purchase of a corporate jet or turbo-prop aircraft, or marketing efforts in the sale of such aircraft on a world-wide basis. The company personnel have experience in all aspects of import and export of foreign owned or purchased aircraft, including governmental requirements, financing and exchange, insurance and historical maintenance implications. The company has working affiliates in Mexico, Brazil and United Kingdom.

The company has relationships with several air carriers based outside the U.S. for acquisition research and services.

History Early in his career the principal of Berard Aviation, Inc., Art Berard, returned from military duty in Vietnam and began working as a flight instructor and charter pilot in Memphis, Tennessee during the late 1960's while attending Memphis State University.

After moving to Florida in 1978 Art took a position as sales manager for a Piper and Cessna dealership, jet charter service and aviation maintenance facility. He gained a wide range of experience in marketing and management of jet aircraft.

During 1981 Art formed Berard Aviation, Inc. and since that date has built a group of clients who use his services in their sale or acquisition of aircraft.
