DESCRIPTION
Back in the early 90's Bettinardi was focused on his successful CNC machining business, which milled parts for some of the nation's major manufacturers. Bob had contracts with the Department of Defense and medical industry, which as you can imagine had some pretty strict standards for quality control. "We worked with some pretty tough customers," said Bettinardi, " we were forced to go out and buy the finest equipment available in order to measure up to what these people expected from us. But we did it and we produced a superior product for them year after year.

This same precision and craftsmanship is applied to every putter and wedge we produce. The Patented One-Piece TechnologyTM and The Honeycomb FinishTM which is applied vertically by a jeweler's tool to the face of the putter to assure the flattest possible surface are exclusive to Bettinardi Golf and cannot be copied. No one else makes their putters and wedges this way, and no one else has the level of quality control that Bettinardi has.

While 95% of other putters are made in Taiwan and China, Bettinardi putters and wedges are made in the U.S.A at the Chicago manufacturing plant. Every putter and wedge passes through at least 14 sets of hands before it gets the seal of approval and is shipped out. If the slightest imperfection or flaw is found, the piece is immediately destroyed (literally cut in half) and discarded. That way the company's reputation can never be compromised.
