Classes We offer challenging Hatha Yoga and Mat Pilates classes that can be modified to accommodate students at all fitness levels. Choose from diverse and exhilarating classes and experience the style of each of our caring instructors. Our yoga classes promote flexibility and strength while balancing the mind/body connection. Our pilates classes focus on toning the body and developing core strength. Our yogalites classes provide the best in total mind/body fitness.
Massages To further promote holistic health and mind/body fitness, we offer massage. We have highly skilled therapists that are available to provide therapeutic and relaxing massages in a tranquil environment. Massage relieves muscular tension, reduces stress, and provides for better circulation and mental balance. Our therapists are trained in Swedish, Sport, Stone, and Raindrop.
Note from the founder: I benefit deeply from training in and teaching Yoga. Yoga enhances my mental outlook on my life. Pilates continues to increase the tone and strength of my body. Massage brings me a deeper sense of relaxation and increases my overall well-being . Because these fitness programs have been such a positive impact on my life, I've decided to share them with others. I've created your body center with the goal of helping others to redefine their lives through yoga, pilates, and massage.
