DESIGNER MODEL RESIDENCE AND EXHIBITION GALLERY OPENS.
The highly anticipated expansion of the famed Five-Diamond Acqualina debuts this week, as the 9,500 square-foot oceanfront sales pavilion and model residence for The Mansions at Acqualina opens its doors with the most extravagant design collection ever assembled.
The Mansions at Acqualina is anticipated to forever raise the bar for luxury to spectacular new heights. Its 79 oceanfront “Sky Mansions” will feature the most magnificent materials and finishes, exceptional living spaces, life-enhancing amenities, and highest levels of personalized service available, truly living up to its billing as “The World’s Finest Residences.”
The Trump Group commissioned Luxury Living-FENDI CASA and STA Architectural Group to create this new bastion of lavish custom environments, enabling future residents to personalize their interiors with four thoughtfully composed palettes, as well as design services.
Set against the backdrop of Sunny Isles’ pristine beaches, model “Villa de Acqua,” boasts pure luxury and glamour drawing upon a clean, elegant look for a glimpse of The Mansions’ experience. The masterpiece opens to a grand salon, featuring a striking crocodile-embossed FENDI CASA piano, terrace with breathtaking ocean views and beautiful Miami sunsets. Using tones of sand, ice grey and taupe with accents of chocolate, the grand salon maintains richness throughout, showcasing two classic FENDI CASA sofas, the Albione and Hermitage. The dining room showcases the popular Bernini table and Elisa chairs with a dazzling rectangular Swarovski crystal chandelier.
The family room features the Edoardo and Silvano sofas and is finished with purple accents. Capitonne poufs, a leather ballet table, and transparent Murano table lamps help complete the champagne confectioned room. The master bedroom centers on the Diamante bed, with a large square patterned headboard in taupe silk.
“This model home embodies unabashed extravagance, a true jewel,” says Raffaella Vignatelli, President of Luxury Living USA/FENDI CASA. “Everything is on a grand scale at The Mansions.”
Harmonizing with FENDI CASA furnishings, the $100,000 customized dressing rooms by ORNARE, a market leader for high-end closets in Brazil, offers the wardrobe in a consummate setting. Warmly lit walk-in spaces are lined by white leather imprinted in ORNARE’s signature style, featuring sleek steel door handles. ORNARE presents customized selections from its Design District showroom for owners of The Mansions at Acqualina.
Also based in Miami’s Design District is STA Architectural Group, led by iconic design duo Isabel Saavedra-Tragash and Todd Tragash, who envisioned the foundation for each Sky Mansion’s custom build out by The Trump Group, as well as the sales experience. STA’s design palettes are featured in a “design lab” area of the pavilion for residents to create and imprint their own personality, with an impressive array of carefully balanced stones sourced from the finest quarries in the world.
By closing, all elements of each Sky Mansion will be completely customized to the buyer’s choice of design palettes, installed and move-in ready. Abundant spaces, appointments and finishes are found throughout each home, including those featured in the sales pavilion and model:
