In the first ever of its kind in Asia, Les Amis presents the very exclusive Simply Black blind tasting wine luncheons from Mondays to Saturdays.
Labelled Simply Black for the pitch-dark opaque wine glasses to be featured during the luncheons, these crystal glasses are taken from the top-of-the-line The Zwiesel 1872 ourmet Collection of ‘The First’ wine glasses.
Les Amis’ sommeliers will pair the wines according to the guests’ menu choices. These wines can range from grape varietals to the vinous regions and down to the individual hateaus.
Often in the vein of fun and passion for wines, blind tastings are usually organised to challenge a cognoscente’s knowledge of wines, and these lunches are fashioned in the same mood. Les Amis desires to give diners that added dimension to savouring wines and dining xperience.
Each session will be titillating and a sensorial experience and promises to be an indulgent tart to the gastronomic journey.
